Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Tour, Trip & Activities Packages

Deposit

  • Post confirmation of the reservation you (customer) are obliged to provide 50% of the total tour price. full payment is due 30 days before the date of commencement of the trip, tour, or activity.
  • We do accept the bookings from minors; however, we do require an authority letter duly signed by the parents and guardian confirming the participation and liability for any risk that may arise from foreseeable and unforeseeable causes & circumstances.

Advance Booking Duration

  • The Customers can make the booking 90 days in advance if paid online or through cash transfer.
  • If customer booked the tour through booking via email options if not paid in 5 days booking will automatically cancel.

Confirmation Communication

  • On receipt of deposits or successful payment and necessary documentation we will release the confirmation email including detailed information about the tour details through email communication and further communication from time to time.

Payments & other Important clauses

  • The prices as per the website and specific tour plan can be paid through an online payment system through credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and bank cheques. EMI facilities in accordance with your bank and payment processing company according to their terms and conditions.
  • Prices of tour packages are updated from time to time and also vary accordingly basis on internal business policies.
  • Offers and promotional discounts are campaign-specific and Nomad Trips has all the right to introduce and withdraw accordingly without any intimations. However, this will not impact any booking made in an offer period.
  • Replacements of participants are not allowed and reservation is not transferable in any conditions.
  • In the case of dropout of participants during the trip are not entitled to get any refund for the services not used.
  • Failure to pay the full amount in a stipulated time frame which 30 days prior to the date of commencement of the trip would result in Nomad Trip exercising the rights to process the cancellation of booking without notice and without the refund of the deposits provided.
  • We advise trip members to procure travel insurance for their safety and mishap and it is not included in the tour package.
  • A trip date change request is only entertained case to case basis with 1000 INR service fees 30 days prior to commencement of the trip.
  • In the case of Payment failure due to technical error, the refund process is automated and the deductible will be refunded as per the industry stipulated time frame which is 4-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Any trip member can cancel a reservation through email from a registered email id or from the website itself from the customer dashboard section. Cancellation grid provided below for your kind perusal and acknowledgment and acceptance

  • Cancellations made between 90 to 60 days prior to commencement of trip or tour are refundable less 700 INR per person as cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made between 60 to 30 days prior to commencement of the trip or tour are refundable less 1500 INR per person as cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to commencement of trip or tour are completely not refundable.
  • If any of the tour programs do not meet the required minimum number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel the trip 90 days prior to the date of commencement of the trip or tour. We will fully refund any payment made to Nomad Trips.
  • We do not issue a refund for any activities, meals, accommodations, or other features included on a tour package that you may have chosen not to use.

Refund Policy

  • As per the cancellation grid, the refund will be processed in accordance with an internal review and verification by all the parties.
  • The Refund will be processed within 15-45 days time frame after the deductions of cancellation fees as per the cancellation policy.
  • The refund amount will be credit back to the source payment option selected at the time of booking.
  • The refund time frame mentioned above is as per industry standards.

Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable to any products that you purchased with us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the website.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging with tags and bill.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
