We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

I fully acknowledge the type of the activities I have chosen to take part in and I find no reason why I am physically or mentally unable to perform the required actions in order to safely accomplish these activities. I am fully aware and understand that the activities in which I’m participating in under the arrangement of Nomad Trips, Its employees, agent, and associates are potentially dangerous and that there are risks inherent in all outdoor activities. These risks include but are not limited to, severe weather , perils in walking and hiking on challenging mountain trails, general outdoor activity and funicular. The Risks associated with such activities include but are not limited to serious bodily injuries, such as permanent disability, paralysis and death in extreme cases. There are many risks that may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes such as landslides, floods, hailstorm, slippages. I understand that these risks may be brought about by my own actions or inactions as well as other participants and staff members and contractors of Nomad Trips actions and inactions. any decisions made by guides, affiliates or staff of Nomad Trips are part of the risks of the activities listed above. I also understand that there maybe other risks and economic or social losses unseen to me at this time. I fully accept all such risk and responsibilities costs, damages and losses that may come to me in result of participating in these activities.
It is advised to disclose if you have any medical or psychological conditions, its important you let us know before the commencement of trip so that we can make the required arrangements well in advance to mitigate the risk.
We at nomad trips provide the qualified and certified guides for all our trip and they have all the rights and discretion to disqualify the participants on the basis of fitness, medical and mental incapacity to continue and or if continued trip member participation jeopardise the group’s or his/her own safety. Nomad Trips reserves the right to provide the alternative activities onward transportation in situations where the guide determines that the participant is physically incapable of completing day’s activities in a reasonable time frame and if the participation puts the participant at increased risk of injury.
Nomad Trips is not a medical facility and therefore has no responsibility regarding medical advice, medication or inoculations that you and you doctor deem necessary for your safe participation. Hospital facilities for serious problems are often unavailable, and evacuation can be prolonged, difficult and expensive.Nomad Trips assumes no liability regarding provision of medical care. By registering for your trip and accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to pay for emergency evacuation and emergency medical care.
I hereby release and discharge Nomad Trips, their owner, staff member, affiliates, agents and employees and their successor and assigns, from any and all liabilities, suit claims, and demand actions or damages ( including legal fees and disbursements) by me arising out of the participation in activities under the directions of Nomad Trips including without limitation, all claims for property damage, personal injuries, or wrongful death. This release is binding on my heirs, assigns and agents.
In the event of an emergency, permission is given for any medical treatment provided by Nomad Trips and its staff , agents and associates, which might become necessary. I hereby authorise the leader of the activity to secure such medical advice and service as may be necessary for the health and safety of myself, and I consent to release all the medical information the leader determines necessary to any medical service provider. I also accept the financial responsibility for the treatment. Nomad Trips assumes no responsibility for providing medical care during the trip, and I will have to pay any medical care and evacuation that I incur. in consideration of the permission to participate in the trip, I agree to the term contained in this document.
I hereby agree to indemnify and hold Nomad Trips harmless for any litigation expenses, legal fees, loss, liability, damage or cost which any many bring about as a result of such claim, to the fullest extent permitted by the law. This release includes, but is not limited to, claims for the negligence of the released parties and claims for strict liability for abnormally dangerous activities.I also agree not to sue or make a claim against the released parties for death, injuries, loss or harm that occur on the trip.
I have read and fully understand this agreement and I am fully aware of its content and context. I understand that this is a legal contract and that this is a release of liability. In submitting this tour reservation and payment of deposits of my own free will, I agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.
